Every plan protects members the same way — that part is not a feature and never becomes one. What you pay for is how many people you can collect from, whether the sheet is clean enough to send to a supplier, and how much you can run at once.

Where the wall is
A wedding party fits in eight. A five-a-side squad fits in eight. A club, a shift rota or a school year does not — those are usually somewhere between twelve and thirty, and being two people short means you cannot order at all.
The other reason people move up is the watermark: a marked sheet is not something you want to send to a supplier who is quoting you a price. Team clothing almost always has a date attached to it — a tournament, a wedding, an opening — and a sheet you cannot send is a delay you cannot afford.
What we will not do: we will not let you collect answers from more than eight people on the free plan and only then ask for payment. The limit is enforced when the round is created. Nobody measures a jumper for nothing.

Credits are a monthly allowance for the parts of the service that cost real computation. They are a usage quota and nothing else: not money, not a stored balance, not redeemable, not transferable. They cannot be bought separately or topped up, and whatever is unused at the end of a period simply expires. If you keep running out, the higher plan is the answer.

Because a time limit would waste everyone’s effort. If you had seven days to collect and only got fourteen of your twenty answers, the round would be worthless and those fourteen people would have measured a jumper for nothing.
A cap on people is knowable in advance. You see it on the screen where you create the round, before a single invitation goes out, so you can decide there and then.
No, and we consider that important enough to write down. The limit is applied when the round is created, not when it is finished. We will never let members complete a round and then require payment to see what they entered.
No. There are no credit packs, no top-ups and no stored balance. Credits are a monthly service allowance attached to your plan; they are not money, cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred, and unused credits do not carry into the next period. If your allowance runs out, the only route is a higher plan.
Nothing. A member opening their link and entering three measurements uses none of your allowance and requires no account. Anything else would create a reason to collect fewer answers, and collecting all of them is the entire point of the product.
One click on your billing page, or an e-mail to support@zcorporatefashion.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; until then everything keeps working. Your account then continues on the free plan. There are no cancellation fees. The separate statutory right of withdrawal is explained on the Widerrufsrecht page.
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are final prices including statutory VAT (inkl. MwSt.). The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
