For anyone ordering the same thing for a group

How do you collect sizes for a whole team without asking anyone their size?

Free for up to 8 people. No card needed to start.

Send everyone a private link. On their own phone they lay a garment that already fits them flat and measure it in three places. You get the totals — three smalls, eight mediums — and never anyone’s numbers. Not because we hide them from you. Because nothing in the system can hand them over.

The same round, from two sides

One of these screens can never become the other.

Left is the organiser. Right is one member. Move the seam as far as you like — no amount of dragging produces a list of names and numbers on the left, because that screen is not fed by one.

There is no row to open here. The organiser screen receives counts and nothing else — the interface that would return one person’s measurements does not exist in the system.

Not the one you wish fitted. The one that does. Three measurements, then you are finished.

M — regular fit

You can change this to whatever you actually want to wear.

Only the totals go to the organiser. Nobody sees your numbers, including them.

How it works

Three moves. Only one of them is yours.

  1. 01

    Say what you are ordering

One sentence is enough. “20 hoodies for the club, unisex, a few people want them loose.” The assistant turns that into a short set of questions for your members — questions about a garment, never about a body.

What are you ordering, and for how many?

  2. 02

    Send everyone their own link

One private link per person. They open it on their phone, lay a garment that already fits them flat on a table, and read off three numbers. No account, no download, no photograph. Each link works exactly once and is spent the moment it is used.

One link. One use. Then it is gone.

  3. 03

Take the totals to your supplier

You get a printable summary sheet: how many of each size, and how many people have not answered yet. Exporting it deletes every measurement behind it in the same operation. You never held anyone's numbers, and now nobody does.

What you actually get

A sheet you can print, and a picture of where to hold the tape.

Two images come out of every round. One goes to whoever is making the garments. The other goes to the people being measured. Both are drawn precisely, so every figure on them is correct.

Four things that cannot change

These are not settings. They are the shape of the software.

Every product says it respects privacy. The difference worth caring about is whether the promise survives someone deciding, one busy afternoon, that it would be convenient to break it. Each of these is written so that it cannot be.

01

The organiser never sees an individual size

Not hidden — absent. Measurements live in a different table from invitations with nothing joining them, and the only function an organiser screen can call returns a shape with no field for one person. There is no endpoint to call and no export to run.

02

Members upload nothing

There is no file input on the member page. Members measure a garment they already own with a tape measure and type in three numbers. Images of other people's bodies are the one category of data this product refuses to hold.

03

We never ask what size you are

We ask what you already own that fits. That is a question about a jumper on a table, which people can answer accurately and without embarrassment — and it is why the answers are usable. The suggestion we return can always be overridden.

04

The data has an end date from the start

Measurements are deleted the moment a summary is exported, and in any case within 30 days by default. Links are single use. Nothing is used for training, profiling, or linking one round to another.

Written out in full, with the legal basis for each, in the Datenschutzerklärung.

Scope

Plainly, what this is not.

  • We do not sell clothing or hold any stock
  • We do not place orders or connect to suppliers
  • We are not an HR system and do not integrate with one
  • We do not store, request or accept any photograph of a person

Plans

The free plan stops at eight people, and says so first.

A wedding party fits in eight. A five-a-side squad fits in eight. A club, a shift rota or a school year does not. You will see the limit on the screen where you create the round — before you invite a single person, never after they have filled in.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Two of these get asked in every group chat where someone shares this. They are the first two.

Blue tailor's chalk dashes on cream cotton, with a worn chalk block.
01

Can the organiser really not see my size?

No, and the reason is worth stating precisely, because “we hide it” would not be good enough.

Your measurements are written to a different table from the invitation you clicked, and nothing joins the two — there is no foreign key, no shared identifier, no timestamp trick. On top of that, the only function on the server that an organiser screen is allowed to call returns a shape that has no field for an individual record. The counting happens on the server and the rows never leave it. So there is no endpoint to call, no export to run and no support request that could produce your numbers, because the code that would return them does not exist.

The organiser sees a distribution — three smalls, eight mediums — and how many people have not answered yet.

02

What if I do not want to fill it in?

Then do not fill it in. There is a “I would rather not” option on the member page and it needs no explanation.

The organiser’s screen will show that a certain number of people have not answered. It will not show which people, because it never knew which people in the first place. If the organiser wants to chase it up, they have to ask the group in general, the same as before.

03

What exactly do you ask members?

Never “what size are you”. We ask you to take a garment you already own that fits you well, lay it flat, and measure it in three places. That is the whole thing.

Asking about a garment instead of a body is what makes the answers usable: people know what their favourite hoodie measures far better than they know what letter a particular brand would call them. We then suggest a size and tell you why, and you can override it with whatever you would actually rather wear.

04

Do members upload photographs?

There is no upload control on the member page. Not a disabled one, not a hidden one — the feature is not built. Photographs of other people’s bodies are the single worst category of data this product could hold, so it holds none. Organisers can attach a style reference picture of a garment to their own round; members never attach anything.

05

How long is the data kept, and is it used for training?

Member measurements are deleted the moment the organiser exports the summary sheet — export and deletion are one operation, not two. Independently of that, every round has an automatic deletion date, 30 days by default, which paid plans can shorten.

Measurements are never used to train or improve any model, never used to build a profile, and never linked across rounds. An invitation link works once: the moment it is used it is spent, so the same link cannot be reopened by anyone, including the person who sent it. See the Datenschutzerklärung.

06

How accurate is the suggested size?

It is guidance, not a promise. The suggestion is calculated from the three measurements a member reports for a garment they already own, and sizing is not consistent between brands or between production runs of the same brand. We show the reasoning so it can be judged, and the member can always override it. Nothing here is advice about health, fitness or anything else about a person — details on the KI-Hinweis page.

07

How do the plans, credits and cancellation work?

Three subscriptions: Free at $0 USD, Round at $11 USD per month, Roster at $33 USD per month, all inclusive of statutory VAT (inkl. MwSt.). Yearly billing is available on the paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your billing page with effect from the end of the paid period.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, used when the assistant is instructed and when a summary sheet is generated. A member filling in their measurements never costs the organiser anything. Credits are a service allowance only: they are not money, cannot be topped up, bought separately, exchanged, refunded or transferred, and unused credits do not carry into the next period. If you run out, the only route is a higher plan. Full terms in the AGB.

08

What about refunds and the right of withdrawal?

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because this is a digital service that starts immediately, that right can end early — but only if you have expressly asked us to start before the 14 days are up and separately confirmed that you know you lose the right by doing so. Those are two distinct, unticked checkboxes at checkout, they are checked again on our server, and both statements are repeated in your order confirmation email.

If you do not tick them, the service starts after the withdrawal period and your right stays intact for the full 14 days. The model withdrawal form and the full procedure are on the Widerrufsrecht page.

09

Who is allowed to use this?

Sizeround is for adults organising a group order voluntarily — a team, a club, a wedding party, a small shop. It is not for anyone under 18, it must not be used to collect measurements from people who have not been told what is happening, and it must not be used to make measurement compulsory for employees or anyone else in a position of dependence. It is not an HR system and does not integrate with one. The full list is in the Nutzungsbedingungen.

10

Do you sell the clothing?

No. Sizeround collects and totals sizes. We do not sell garments, hold stock, place orders or connect to suppliers. You take the summary sheet to whoever you were going to buy from anyway.

Nobody has to say their size out loud.

Start a round, send the links, and go and do something else. The totals will be waiting. Free for the first eight people, with no card and nothing to install.
